It essentially contained information that has been covered in many other books. It would also benefit from a good editor.
This was a mess,the pages were all mixed up. Couldn't follow it whatsoever! It shouldn't be in the mix .
How disappointing.
Like Most women I like to take pride in how I look and feel, part of that process unfortunately means trying to battle the years hence my reason for reading this book after it was recommended to me.

While it covers make up and skin care what really caught my attention was the part on how ageing occurs which was really very informative combined with some great tips and advice, makes this book well worth reading for anyone who likes to look after their skin while holding back those years a bit.
Very useful anti-aging info. The guide covers all aspects about aging such as how it happens and why. It also had several other guides at the end I will check out. Thanks.

The tips on the right food, supplements and exercises you can do are great and easy to follow. All together its a well written book and can certainly recommend it.
